I have been on the eco train for about 5 years now! I have been slaying Waste Dragons and slowly shifting my life toward a low-waste, eco-friendly lifestyle — without burning out or becoming extreme. Along the way, I realized it’s not just about swaps and habits — it’s about changing the way you think about your choices and seeing sustainability as part of your mindset, not a burden.

I did all this without going vegan, dealing with any type of politics, or becoming a hermit unicorn who lives deep in the forest and churns her own butter.

I believe eco-friendly living should fit into real life. You can care about the planet, reduce your impact, and still enjoy society. Because if we all shunned society, we would become depressed, miserable unicorns who wouldn't stick with being eco.
